To book by phone, please call us during business hours. Our team will assist you in selecting the right treatment and time slot.
If a card on file is declined or there are any unpaid fees, clients may be kindly asked to update their payment method, settle the balance, and pay a deposit before booking future appointments.
All appointments are confirmed via email or SMS. Please ensure your contact details are up to date.
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.
Cancellation & Refusal Policy
Please note: cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% service fee.
No-Show Policy: A no-show occurs when a client is more than 10 minutes late without notice or does not show up at all. This will result in a 100% service fee.
